For more than 30 years, Jo Beth has worked with people with different abilities in the State, County, and non-profit sectors living her purpose every day by giving a voice to those who need to be heard. After becoming Executive Director of a non-profit organization, Jo Beth discovered the power of combining leadership development and individual and team coaching of her leaders resulting in a reduction of turnover by 37%. She is now serving on the CNPC Board as Vice Chair.

Alex Kudinov, MCC, CEC, is an experienced executive coach and the Managing Director at Tandem Coaching Academy. He brings over 20 years of professional experience spanning hands-on software development roles, product and software development leadership positions, and consulting engagements in various industries. Alex is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) through the Scrum Alliance, a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org, and a co-author of the book "Enterprise Agile Coaching".
As the Treasurer of the Center for Non-Profit Coaching (CNPC) Board, Alex oversees all aspects of the organization's finances. His responsibilities include managing and monitoring CNPC's financial condition, keeping the board informed on financial matters, and ensuring sound financial measures and internal controls are in place. Alex's expertise in leadership development, agile coaching, and fostering adaptive ecosystems supports CNPC's mission of empowering non-profit leaders to maximize their impact

After 13 years of experience at an Italian company in Tokyo, Masae worked International E-commerce Company in Los Angeles.
