The more leaders you enroll, the less you pay per person. All engagements include 6 individual coaching sessions with an ICF-credentialed volunteer coach.
How volume pricing works
Pricing is based on the number of people enrolled from your organization over a rolling 12-month period. All participants receive the same 6-session coaching engagement with their own ICF-credentialed coach. Your organization is invoiced once – no individual billing.
Standard individual coaching rate for large organizations is $600 per person. Organizational pricing starts at $500 for groups of 3–5.

How to Get Started: The Organizational PATH

Initial Conversation
Contact CNPC to discuss your organization’s coaching goals. We’ll help you determine which roles and leaders would benefit most, and set up your HR point of contact.
Submit Applications
Your HR contact submits coaching applications for each participant through our standard form. Each application takes about 5 minutes and captures the individual’s leadership challenges and goals.
Coach Matching & Kickoff
Each participant is matched with their own ICF-credentialed volunteer coach within 2–3 business days. All engagements can begin simultaneously or be staggered based on your timeline.
Ongoing Coordination
CNPC monitors every engagement through midway check-ins, feedback, and satisfaction surveys. Your HR contact receives program-level updates without compromising individual coaching confidentiality.
