The CNPC Executive Coaching Process: The PATH to Success

Our coaching process follows a structured, yet flexible approach that we call the PATH model:

1. Preparation & Application

You start by completing a simple application where you answer a few key questions. We use this to understand your leadership needs, then send you a contract. Once signed, we’re ready to begin.

2. Matching with a Coach

Based on your preferences and our coaches’ availability, we carefully match you with a volunteer coach who specializes in nonprofit leadership.

3. Targeted Coaching

Through regular coaching sessions, you and your coach focus on specific leadership areas tailored to your needs.

4. Holistic Monitoring

We conduct a midway check-in to review your progress and offer an end-of-engagement survey. You can also request to replace your coach at any point based on availability.
