About Rachel
I'm a leadership coach who helps leaders translate strong performance into greater impact and career progression. With over 22 years of corporate experience I understand the pressures today's leaders face.
My approach is solutions-focused & evidence-based, drawing on over 1,468 hours of 1:1 coaching experience. I've coached more than 310 clients across 26 countries, including leaders in technology, finance, and NGOs.
I'm certified by the ICF as a PCC & the EMCC as a Senior Practitioner.
