Anny is an ICF-certified transitional coach helping individuals navigate complex change. A first-generation Taiwanese immigrant with 7+ years of tech leadership experience, she founded The Growth Lab to empower clients through personal and professional transitions. Anny's approach is collaborative, non-directive and action-oriented. She operates in Vancouver, BC, on the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
