Q: How much does coaching cost?

Executive coaching engagements range from $300 to $600 for 6 sessions, depending on your organization's operating budget. Team coaching ranges from $500 to $1,100. Our volunteer coaches donate their professional time, keeping fees 85%+ below market rates.

Q: What happens after I submit my application?

We review every application within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a response confirming your eligibility and next steps. From there, we match you with an ICF-credentialed coach based on your needs, goals, and sector.

Q: What qualifications do your coaches have?

All CNPC coaches hold International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentials - ACC, PCC, or MCC. Most have 10+ years of professional coaching experience.

Q: Is coaching the same as consulting or mentoring?

No. Coaching is a structured, goal-oriented partnership where your coach helps you develop the skills and strategies to lead more effectively. Unlike consulting, a coach does not tell you what to do. Unlike mentoring, the relationship is formally structured with specific development goals.

Q: How long is a coaching engagement?

Each engagement includes 6 coaching sessions. Most clients complete their program within 3-6 months, depending on scheduling.
